1. The property is non smoking2. Wireless broadband internet is included
2. We can accommodate well behaved pets
3. The bedrooms are both gallery rooms and may not be suitable for toddlers
4. Bed linen is included
5. There is a cot available at an extra cost. Please mention whether you need it when you make the booking.
6. The change over day is Saturday. This means you can arrive after 3pm on the Saturday and then have to vacate by 10am the following Saturday. This gives us time to clean the property
7. A deposit will be taken to secure the dates.
